Your tasks:
- Friendly reception & care of our patients
- Scheduling & practice organization with structure and charm
- Management of patient data & support of administrative processes
- Interface between patient & treatment team
- Manage billing & practice processes - smoothly & efficiently
Your requirements profile:
- Training as a dental secretary or dental assistant
- Experience in practice or clinic administration? Big advantage!
- Communication skills & service-oriented way of working
- Organizational talent with a cool head - even when things get hectic
- Team spirit & interest in long-term cooperation
